ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 to issue proper patta with extent in respect of S.No.165 / 1A2, Cholapuram Village, Kumbakonam Taluk, Thanjavur District after marking the boundaries in the field. 2.The petitioner said to have purchased the land to an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ extent of 33.1.3 cents in Survey No.165 / 1A2. Subsequently, he

filed an application to measure the land and for issuance of patta to him. In pursuance of the application made by the petitioner, the second respondent issued patta in favour of him without mentioning the extent of property. Hence, the petitioner made representations to the respondents on 14.10.2013 and 19.11.2013 for issuing patta in favour of him with extent. Since no order has been passed on the representations made by the petitioner, he has filed this present Writ Petition.

2.Considering the fact that the application made by the petitioner is pending from the year 2013, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after issuing notice to the petitioner and to all the necessary parities, if any. 3.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
