ORDER

The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed to transfer the case in H.M.O.P No.20 of 2025 on the file of the Sub Court, Thirumangalam, and transfer the same to the Family Court, Sivagangai. 1/4

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that there is a life threat to the respondent's life. He further stated that if the case is conducted in Sivagangai, the respondent will not be able to have a fair trial. Additionally, the case was referred to mediation, but the mediation failed. A complaint has also been lodged before the appropriate police station regarding the issue.

3. Therefore, considering the contention of the petitioner as well as the respondent, this Court is of the considered opinion that the case may be transferred to Madurai.

4. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the case in H.M.O.P. No.20 of 2025 is transferred to the III Sub Court, Madurai, from Sub Court, Thirumangalam. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
