to the petitioner during his visit on 20.03.2023 and 15.04.2023. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) was required to inform the Court about the stage of the representation that was made by the petitioner. He would submit that during the Course of enquiry the wife was enquired and has stated that she did not make any trouble to the petitioner and she will not make any trouble, if he come to India. On that ground the above said representation was closed. 3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) it appears that now the petitioner is at free to return back to India and appear before the concerned Court. Hence, there is no question of threat to the life of the petitioner at the hands of his wife. 4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as unnecessary.
