ORDER

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner inCrl.M.P.(MD).No.2046 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.23653 of 1/4

2025 dated 02.02.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for the past four weeks. Further, the investigation is pending.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for the past four weeks, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.2046 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.23653 of 2025 dated 02.02.2026. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.2046 of 2026 in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.23653 of 2025 dated 02.02.2026 is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.'' 12.03.2026 sbn 2/4
