ORDER
The Prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the impugned order passed by the respondent in Na.Ka.C.V.6/204/2020 dated 21.05.2020.

Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, it is fairly submitted that, the impugned order, dated 21.05.2020, imposing some penalty and recovery of money from the petitioner, without issuing notice, has subsequently been withdrawn by the respondent, vide circular, dated 24.06.2020. Pursuant to the said withdrawal on 24.06.2020, a fresh show cause notice has been issued to the petitioner. Therefore, nothing survives with regard to the present impugned order, as the same has been admittedly recalled by the respondent on 24.06.2020. The said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner has not been disputed by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the TASMAC.

W.P.(MD).No.6704 of 2020 writ petition, as the impugned order has already been withdrawn by the respondent on 24.06.2020, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
