Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the order passed by the District Collector dated 24.12.2024 in an appropriate manner. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the District Collector dated 24.12.2024 in the appropriate manner. There shall be no order as to costs.
