*********** [Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the wife of the detenu, seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 & 2 to produce the person or body of the detenu, namely, Ayyanar, S/o.Ganesan, aged 62 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the detenu had been secured and produced before this Court in the second vacation Court.
