Crl.R.C.(MD)No. 375 of 2020 2.It is seen from the records that the petitioners had executed bond as per Section 110 of Cr.P.C, before the first respondent, for a period of one year. While pending the bond period, the petitioner has committed another offence and detained for the remaining bond period, under Section 122(1)(d) of Cr.P.C, as per the impugned order passed by the first respondent. Now the bond period itself is over and the prayers sought for by the petitioners become infructuous. 3.Hence, all the Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
