This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No. 462 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the second respondent, an FIR in crime No. 462 of 2021 has been registered, for the offences under Section 151 of Cr.P.C. After investigation, the case was closed as mistake of fact. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3.Since the prayer is to quash the FIR and according to the respondent, the case was closed as mistake of fact, recording the said submission, this criminal original petition stands closed.
