ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 506(ii) IPC and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act, 1992 on the file of the respondent police and seek anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the de-facto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.

The respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the closure report to the defacto complainant within a period of one week from the date on which a copy of this order is made ready, enabling him to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
