Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. JINNAH.S.M.A., Advocate for the petitioners and M/S.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11796 of 2021 in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.7409 of 2021 dated 23.12.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition till today, without fail.
