This Criminal Original Petition is filed u/s.482 Cr.P.C to direct the learned I Additional Sessions and District Judge and Special Court for SC/ST(POA) Act, Trichy to accept the surrender of the Petitioner/Accused No.2 and consider the Petitioner'Bail Application and grant bail on the date of surrender itself in Crime No.171/2022 on the file of the 2nd Respondent Police. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Krishnan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.B.Nambiselvan, Additional Publice Prosecutor for the respondents, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to extend the time for surrender fixed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.22511 of 2022, dated 20.12.2022.
