ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to produce the detenue, by name S.Jeyabrindha, D/o.Late Sethupandi, aged about 24 years and set her at liberty.

2. When the Habeas Corpus Petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the detenu has been secured and is being produced before this Court.

3. When we enquired her, the detenue has stated that she got married as per the wish of her parents, ie., the petitioner on 23.02.2023. Thereafter, because of the compulsion of the 4th respondent, she had gone to Karur and thereafter since a case has been filed, she had to appear before the police station concerned from where she had been produced before this Court.

4. She has further stated that she is ready and willing to go with the petitioner and thereafter join with her husband at the matrimonial home. The said statement made by the detenue is hereby recorded.

5. In view of the same, since there has been no illegal custody and the detenue wants to go with the petitioner herein, she is permitted to do so and by thus, this habeas corpus petition is to be closed. Accordingly, the same is closed.
