ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner, who was arrested on 02.01.2018 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 304 A of IPC altered into 307 and 302 of IPC, in Crime No.3 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is launched in the jail for the past 123 days.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that investigation has been completed, as such, the petitioner's custody may not be required for the present.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the period of incarceration of the petitioner, I am of the view that the petitioner could be enlarged on bail. Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 17/05/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
