PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection for the petitioner and her family members life and limb from the illegal act of the 4th respondent.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection for the petitioner and her family members life and limb from the illegal act of the 4th respondent.

2.It is seen that the petitioner has given complaint through her father to the respondents and the same is still pending without any progress from 22.03.2022.

3. In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
