This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 04/04/2022. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner is an accused and having so many previous cases and he is a habitual offender.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
