This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to provide sufficient police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner.

2.Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

3.The Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that petition enquiry is pending.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police and the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and complete the same within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter pass suitable orders.
