ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 417, 376 and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.83 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant was in love with A1 and thereafter, A1 married the defacto complainant. Thereafter a Panchayat was held and the petitioners/A2 and A3, who are the parents of A1, said to have threatened the defacto complainant with dire consequences.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and their names have been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that the petitioners are arrayed as A2 and A3, who are none other than the parents of A1. A1 is having love affair with the victim girl, who is subsequently died. investigation is pending.
