2. It appears that the detenu is missing for more than a decade. A case has been registered in Crime No.168 of 2018 only now, though the complaint is pending for quite number of years.

3. In such view of the matter, we are inclined to transfer the investigation. Accordingly, the investigation of the case is transferred to the file of the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Virudhunagar District.
