ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent police to take appropriate action against the encroachment and further to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner based on his complaint, dated 18.08.2020.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the earlier complaint lodged by the petitioner itself closed on 07.07.2020. But, the petitioner repeatedly filed complaints for the very same set of allegations. However, the petitioner did not co-operate for enquiry. Therefore, the said subsequent complaints were also closed.
