This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide sufficient police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members.

2.Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

3.The Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint and accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
