Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and the petitioner not appearing either in person or by an advocate and of MR.B.SUKUMAR, Advocate for the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to grant stay all further proceedings of the order in Crl.M.P.No.467 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.27 of 2024 dated 24.01.2024 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai pending disposal of the main revision petition.

2. On 06.06.2024, this Court has passed the following order: There shall be an order of interim stay on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh and Fifty Thousand only) to the credit of S.T.C.No.827 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, FTC at Magistrate Level, Madurai on or before 04.07.2024.

2.Post the matter on 05.07.2024 for reporting compliance. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today under the caption "for reporting compliance", the learned Counsel for the respondent would submit that the 2/4

petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court dated 06.06.2024. Hence, this Court is inclined to dismiss this Criminal Miscellaneous petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. 4.The learned Judicial Magistrate, No.I, FTC at Magistrate Level, Madurai is directed to take steps to secure the accused and confine him in prison to undergo the remaining period of sentence imposed as against him in S.T.C.No.827 of 2016 dated 26.12.2023.
