ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. S. Ramasamy, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. K. Sanjai Gandhi , Government Advocate for the 1st and 2nd respondents, and pursuant of the order dated 14.03.2022 made in CRL OP(MD).4461 of 2022 this Court made the following order: The petition has been filed seeking extension of time to comply the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.4461 of 2022. 2.Time is extended till 25.04.2022.

3.The petitioners are directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,000(each) as costs to the credit of the District Siddha Medical Officer, CCRI, Periyakulam in State bank of India, Periyakulam Branch, bearing Account No.10767823177, IFSC No.SBIN000898, MICR Code No.625002601, on or before 25.04.2022, failing which, the order already passed stands automatically cancelled without any further reference to this Court.
