This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.417 of 2018 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court(Magistrate Level) Nagercoil.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent represented that already the main case itself was disposed of and the accused persons are acquitted from all charges and to that effect he has also produced the online case status report.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also present before this Court and concedes the same.

4. In view of the fact that the main case itself was disposed of and the accused persons are acquitted from all charges nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition and hence the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
