*********** This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for early disposal of the enquiry proceedings pending on the file of the second respondent.
2. Based on the representation given by the petitioner seeking for cancellation of the patta alleged to have been erroneously issued in favour of Mr.Janakiraman for the property comprised in Survey No.137/11 measuring an extent of 0.12.0 ares (30 cents) situated at Thirumalaisamuthiram Village, Thanjavur Taluk, enquiry proceedings have also been commenced by the second respondent by his proceedings dated 16.04.2021. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the said enquiry.
3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if final orders are passed within a time frame to be fixed by this Court after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner, Mr.Janakiraman and other necessary parties whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire.

4. The petitioner has filed documents along with this writ petition to substantiate his case that the patta has been erroneously issued by the second respondent in favour of Mr.Janaki Raman. It is for the first respondent to examine the same on merits and in accordance with law.
5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 23.10.2020 which culminated in the enquiry proceedings with the second respondent dated 16.04.2021 in Na.Ka.No.8307/2020/AA6 after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner, Mr.Janakiraman and other necessary parties whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
