This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to call for the records relating to the case in Crime No.411 of 2015 under Sections 307, 498(A) and Section 4 of TNPWH and 4 of DP Act, on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, both the accused and the de-facto complainant are present with their respective counsel. They have filed a joint Memorandum of compromise stating that the matter has already been compromised between the parties and the de-facto complainant has no objection to quash the FIR in Crime No.411 of 2015 stating that the disputes have been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

settled between them.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent/de-facto complainant has also no objection to quash the FIR. 4.Recording the above submission, this petition is allowed and the proceedings in Crime No.411 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent police, is quashed against the petitioners. The joint compromise memo shall form part of the record. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
