(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice) Counsel for petitioner states that petitioner has been in negotiation with the bank and has already paid a Crore of Rupees.

2. Counsel for the bank is disputing the amount paid. But the fact is he wants to settle.

3. We do not come in the way of the petitioner settling with the bank. Counsel for petitioner sought leave be given to withdraw the petition. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
