Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the proceedings relating to the impugned order passed by the fourth respondent dated 28.2.2014 in R.C.No.W3/29546/2013 and to quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents to permit the Petitioner to retire from service and to settle all the terminal benefits with 12% interest.
