Advocate C O M M O N O R D E R It is seen that the petitioners herein have been granted bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi, vide Orders dated 05.04.2017, in Cr.M.P.Nos.987 & 988 of 2017, with a condition that after release on bail, they should report before the Station House Officer, Trichy Contenment Police Station, daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners are unemployed, uneducated and they have no means to meet out their day-to-day expenditures and they depend upon their parents and in such circumstances, it is not possible for them to report before the Station House Officer, Trichy https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Contenment Police Station, daily. Therefore, the learned counsel prays for suitable modification of the orders to that effect.
3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State on the above submissions.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Orders dated 05.04.2017, in Cr.M.P.Nos.987 & 988 of 2017, passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi, are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi, daily at 10.30 a.m., for fifteen days and thereafter in all hearing dates. The other conditions imposed on the petitioners stand unmodified.
5. The criminal original petitions are disposed of with the above directions.
