ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 and A2, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 406, 420 and 506(i) IPC, in Crime No.65 of 2015 and seek anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. 3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted the petitioners had received a lumpsum from the defacto complainant's brother to get a job in the Secretariat and they have neither returned the money nor got a job. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that the second petitioner/A2 is the wife of the first petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the second petitioner/A2. 5.Accordingly, the second petitioner/A2 is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the second petitioner/A2 shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
