The prayer in the writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to regularize the petitioner's service as B.T.Assistant from 12.08.2008 to 15.11.2012 at the fifth respondent School with all service benefits, within a stipulated time.

2. Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The petitioner submitted a representation on 20.06.2013 followed by another representation dated 24.12.2013 to the respondents requesting

for regularization of his service as B.T.Assistant from 12.08.2005 to 15.11.2012, in the fifth respondent School. Since no action was taken, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for the above said relief.

4. Taking note of the fact that the representations made by the Petitioner in this regard are pending consideration with the first respondent, a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the representations of the Petitioner, dated 20.06.2013 and 24.12.2013, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
