ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 294(b) and 506(i) I.P.C in Crime No.46 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side)appearing for the respondent.
3. Though the petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail in Crl.OP(MD)No.16703 of 2016 dated 07.09.2016, she has not complied with the earlier conditions imposed by this Court. For that, without filing an application seeking extension of time, the petitioner has filed the present petition, which is not maintainable.
