ORDER
The present criminal original petition has been filed by the prosecution.
2. The Principal District and Sessions Judge, Sivagangai District granted bail to the respondent / Accused No.1 in Crl.M.P.No.2968 of 2022, dated 21.07.2022.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State states that the respondent / accused No.1 herein was enlarged on bail by the court below with a condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- along with two sureties for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppuvanam and that the petitioner shall report and sign before the respondent police station at 09.00 am until futher orders without fail. He further states that the respondent herein has grossly misused the liberty granted by the court below in Crl.M.P.No.2968 of 2022, dated 21.07.2022. After his release, the accused has involved in 16 criminal cases, in which, one murder case 2/4
and 15 other cases. Hence, he prays this Court to cancel the bail granted by the Court below.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the accused states that there is no violation of the condition imposed by the court below.
5. In view of the submission given by the leanred Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the State, this Court is inclined to entertain this petition. The bail granted to Accused No.1 by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Sivagangai District in Crl.M.P.No.2968 of 2022, dated 21.07.2022, stands cancelled. This Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
