ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members and consequently direct the second respondent to return the auto rickshaw to the petitioner's younger son.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondent Police frequently called the petitioner to the Police Station and harassed him and his family members under the guise of enquiry into a false complaint.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that on the basis of a complaint given for missing of a girl, a case was registered in Cr.No.287 of 2016 and after securing the girl, the case was closed. He would further submit that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner and his family members.

5.In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, there is no scope for harassment. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
