Prayer :- This Writ petition filed under section 226 of the constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of writ, directing the respondents No.1 to 3 to entrust the investigation of pending case in Crime No.147 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent No.5 Police Station to the 3rd respondent office for a fair and impartial investigation and to direct the 3rd Respondent to file periodic reporting to this Honble Court on the progress made in the investigation and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER:- This Writ Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.Henri Tiphagne, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.Albert James, Government Advocate for the respondents, and this Court made the following order:

This Writ Petition is listed today under the caption 'for reporting compliance'.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.1 of 2021, closed the same as 'action dropped' and RCS notice has also been served to the parties. The said submission is recorded.

3.In view of the same, no further order is necessary in this petition. This Writ Petition is closed.
