Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.06.2015 based on the order dated 12.08.2016 passed by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Keeranur in Cr.M.P.No.3144 of 2016 and investigate the case in accordance with law.

ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.06.2016.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.338 of 2016 under Sections 120B, 419, 420, 465, 468, 471, 294(b), 323, 109 and 506(2) IPC by the respondent Police. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
