ORDER

The petitioner, who is working as a Teacher in a Government School, at Boothapandy, approached this Court for a direction, directing the first respondent not to harass the petitioner by interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents No.2 to 4.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor filed a Status Report filed by the first respondent Inspector of Police, Eraniel Police Station, stating that at the instance of the third respondent I.Akila, a complaint was entertained by them in C.S.R.No.306 of 2020 and another counter complaint was also lodged by the petitioner herein and the same was entertained in C.S.R.No.339 of 2020 and the first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6204 of 2020 respondent conducted enquiry in both the cases and during the enquiry, it was found that the issue is purely of civil in nature and therefore, the third respondent as well as the petitioner were directed to seek remedy before the appropriate civil court. He also enclosed the complaint of the petitioner as well as the third respondent, which were enquired in C.S.R.Nos.306 of 2020 and 339 of 2020.

3.Since a specific stand has been taken by the Inspector of Police, Eraniel Police Station that both the petitioner as well as the third respondent have lodged the complaint and the same have been closed and they have been directed to approach appropriate civil forum, as on date, there is no enquiry pending on the file of the first respondent police. Therefore, this petition is closed as no further order is required.
