PRAYER:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 6 herein to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2021 by considering the same in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 6 herein to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2021 by considering the same in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 represented that the representation of the petitioner was already considered and the same was closed on 26.04.2021.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also present before the Court and concedes the same.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, that the representation of the petitioner was already considered and the same was closed, this petition stands closed. No costs.
