PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records connected with the impugned order passed by the second respondent in Parvai:Pa See Thu/E1/169/2020 dated 17.11.2020 and quash the same for recovery of Rs.29,903/- from the pension of the petitioner and consequently direct the respondent to restore the original pension.

This Writ Petition has been filed as against the order of recovery passed by the second respondent on 17.11.2020.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Transport Corporation submits that the respondents have reviewed the order of recovery and now, they are inclined to withdraw the order of recovery.
