ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 I.P.C in Crime No.36 of 2010 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court while granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4.The counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner went to Kerala for taking treatment, she could not comply the conditions imposed by this Court.
5.While granting interim anticipatory bail on 07.10.2016, this Court ordered as follows:
"(a) this grant of interim anticipatory bail is valid for a period of one week;
(b) the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai, within five days from the date of receipt https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
of a copy of this order, failing which, the interim anticipatory bail granted shall stand automatically cancelled."
6. Final order deemed to have been passed pursuant to the above extracted portion of the order of this Court and that the petitioner has not complied with this order.
