Degree / Diploma / 6 Years M.Ch.(Neurosurgery) Course in Tamil Nadu Government Medical Colleges 2015-2016 and consequently direct the Respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the further counselling without insisting the resignation acceptance letter and further direct the 5the respondent to hand over the entire original educational certificate of the petitioner.
