This petition is filed for a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.9 of 2015 from the file of the second respondent to the file of the third respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the second respondent has already completed the investigation and also filed final report, which was taken on file in C.C.No.146 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal.
