The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondents not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the representation given by him, dated 10.05.2017.

2.The Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, would submit that there is no such harassment, as contended by the petitioner.
