PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct Respondents No.1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the Petitioner and his wife who are aged persons by considering representation dated 01/04/2022 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the Petitioner and his wife who are aged persons by considering representation dated 01/04/2022 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2.It is seen that the representation given by the petitioner dated 01.04.2022 to the first respondent is pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
