It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent police to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2016 and to give adequate police protection to irrigate the land in Survey No.837/3A situated at Sevalkulam Village, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2.Heard the Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the appearing respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed.

4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
