Respondents 1 & 2 Prayer : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the second respondent to not to harass the petitioner and his wife and children without following the due process of law without any basis under the guise of enquiry.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his wife and children. 2.The case of the petitioner is that due to property dispute, on 14.03.2021, the family members of the petitioner namely his father, mother, brother of his wife, criminally trespassed into his house and suddenly attacked him with deadly weapons and attempted to murder him. Hence, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 15.03.2021. Since no action has been taken, the petitioner is before this Court with this Criminal Original Petition.

3.According to the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), even though the petitioner has given a complaint, he did not turned up for enquiry and so, the police official verified the residence of the petitioner and even then, he did not co-operate for enquiry. 4.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to cohttps://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5507 of 2021 operate with the second respondent in respect of his complaint and if any necessity arise in future, since it is a family dispute.
