O R D E R

The petition has been filed under Section 439 (i)(b) Cr.P.C., praying to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Trichirappalli, in Cr.M.P.No.1732 of 2016 dated 09.08.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the State.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the trial court has granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No. 1732 of 2016 dated 09.08.2016 imposing some conditions. One of the conditions is that the accused has to produce two sureties and out of which, one surety should be the blood relative of the petitioner. He would submit that since the petitioner could not produce one blood surety, he could not come out on bail and hence he prayed for modification.

The petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties having permanent residence at Tamilnadu for the likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tiruchy. The other conditions imposed by the court below shall stand unaltered.

5. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above modification.
