2023 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MARIAPPAN G, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2896 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.20829 of 2022, dated 20.02.2023.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the petitioners have not complied with the conditions properly. 3.In view of the above fact that the petitioners have not complied with the direction imposed by this Court properly, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2896 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20829 of 2022, dated 20.02.2023.
