ORDER

This application is filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District on 02.09.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.2826 of 2016. 2.The petitioner was granted bail on 22.08.2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, Sivagangai District in Crl.M.P.No.3810 of 2016 with a condition to appear before the respondent Police namely, Karaikudi North Police Station for a period of 15 days daily at 10.00 a.m.

3.The learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Srivilliputhur, by order dated 02.09.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.2826 of 2016 while granting bail in another case directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police namely, Nathampatti Police Station daily twice at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to the condition imposed by the Judicial Magistrates referred to above,

the petitioner is not able to comply with the conditions. The learned counsel further submitted that after complying with the condition imposed by the Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, Sivagangai District in Crl.M.P.No.3810 of 2016, the petitioner may be directed to comply with the condition imposed by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Srivilliputhur, in Crl.M.P.No.2826 of 2016. 5.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) and perused the records.

6.As submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to comply with the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, Sivagangai District in Crl.M.P.No.3810 of 2016, and thereafter, comply with the condition imposed by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Srivilliputhur, in Crl.M.P.No.2826 of 2016.

7.With the above direction, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
