This petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in C.C.No.94 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel and quash the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the 1st respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the petitioner is a rowdy element and there are 7 previous cases pending against him and the earlier quash petition filed by him in Crl.O.P(MD)No.1163 of 2016 was dismissed as withdrawn on 11.04.2016. 4.Considering the above facts, this court is not inclined to quash the charge in C.C.No.94 of 2015. Hence, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
